Day 1
Today started my new lifestyle makeover.
I weighed myself at 224.20
Blah.
But I ate fairly well.
I had granola cluster cereal by Trader Joes and a banana for breakfast.
Lunch - salad with honey mustard dressing and a bag of baked lays.
2 bottles of water.
Snack - 10 cashews, 2 pieces of bacon, shaved Parmesan cheese.
Dinner - roasted chicken (homemade) and sautéed green beans & mushrooms and a glass of wine.
Minus the wine and bacon, I did okay.
I ate all my snacks when I got home. Need to pack a snack so I don't binge like that.
If it cools off, I'm going to walk the dog.
I looked into joining the gym at wok today. It's on my list of things to do this week!
